Conservative, hard working, and loyal, the dwarves have been known as some of the most preeminent craftsfolk since before the Tradelands was born.
Dwarves are known for their upfront and often grumpy or sometimes antagonistic nature. This is, in part, a cover for a more deep seated and ongoing sense of dread and discomfort at the whirling change that goes on around them at all time. Change and shift for them at all but the most geologic paces is difficult. To survive in the Tradelands, a whirling mess of constant change and surprise, Dwarven families have taken to sending newly born children to be adopted by other races in cities and towns of trade, where their children can at least adapt to “hustle and bustle” as the norm.
